"Make your own" fitness meals. Once you have added a meal to your grocery bag, stay on the page and change the options for your next meal, then click "Add to Grocery Bag". Simply repeat this process until you have the desired number of meals in your grocery bag.
Small portion sizes are 3 oz of protein, 1/2 cup of veggies, and 1/3 cup of carbs. Large portion sizes are 6 oz of protein, 1 cup of veggies, and 2/3 cup of carbs.
Any changes to portion size can be noted in the "Special Instructions" upon checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Please refer to the "Add-Ons" to add anything additional that does not normally come with these meals. Please choose the corresponding meal size when selecting "Add-Ons".
KETO Menu orders only deliver on Fridays. Standard Menu orders deliver on both Tuesdays and Fridays. If you order any Keto items, you need to select a Friday delivery/pickup day. We do not do split delivery/pickup on Keto orders.
